  • 2 tsp. vinegar.

The process of cooking adzhika:

  1. The preparatory stage includes washing the vegetables under running water. After that, let them dry so that excess water does not get into the dish.
  2. We prepare the meat grinder. It will help to grind all the ingredients so that the finished mass is as homogeneous as possible.
